We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE IT IS BEING PROCESSED. NO REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION WILL BE ENTERTAINED. Please ensure that you have re-check your order specifications before confirming (e.g. quantity, specifications, item details).

No cash refunds except for no-stock item(s). Refund process will take within 10 days.

ONCE THE INVOICES HAS BEEN SIGNED FOR ORDERS, CANCELLATIONS OF AN REASONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AND REFUNDS OF DEPOSIT ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Kimbo Online Store are not responsible for lateness or lost packages with slow shipment chosen by the customer. (Post to Post Shipment)

Any products purchased from store will have a 6-month guarantee “If any electronics stops working on its own without the clients influence”. We are not responsible if the electronic falls down, gets wet or any damages that the client may have caused on the electronic to stop working.

Kimbo Online Store are eligible to cancel any refunds of returning products.

A deposit must be made before an order process may continue.

PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE ON DELIVERY OF THE ORDERS. IF PAYMENT IS NOT MADE BEFORE 1 WEEK OF DELIVERY, KIMBO ONLINE STORE HOLDS THE RIGHT TO RESELL THE ITEM TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND THEIR INVOICE SIGNED WILL BE NULL & VOID, LOSS OF CUSTOMER DEPOSIT WILL OCCUR.

Any charges of the order are to be borne by the customer.

Kimbo Online Store is not responsible for the product link sent by the customer is not the same as the product arrives.

We have a 1-week policy for collecting your order at the shop. If the client can’t, make it at the shop we can deliver to the client at an added delivery cost. If the client does not come collect your order, we will sell your product and loss of deposit will occur.

USA & Seychelles Custom delays can happen in transit and Kimbo Online Store would not be held responsible for freight delays, transit delays, custom delays and clearing delays.
